YOKOVICH ALTERNATIVE / INDUSTRIAL METAL BAND FROM LISBON, PORTUGAL, UNVEILS THEIR DEBUT ALBUM "UBIQUITOUS"

YOKOVICH is a Metal/Alternative band from Portugal, formed in 2021 in Lisbon. Guitarist Miguel Sousa founded the band, and bassist Bruno Gomez joined immediately. The band combines heavy industrial elements with melodic soundscapes. Vocalist Jonas joined to help further develop the project, and drummer Manu completed the lineup, officially bringing the band to life by the end of the year.

"UBIQUITOUS" is our debut album released September 27, 2024. The album showcases guitarist Miguel's artistic vision and various influences, as well as bassist Bruno's creative and extensive playing. The lyrics address contemporary issues such as societal problems, wars and their repercussions, and isolation in an interconnected world that erodes individuality, creativity, and values. This album is a rich alternative/industrial metal masterpiece, incorporating diverse influences from metal and rock.

We are extremely excited about the high quality of the album and the wide variety of metal genres it offers. The album covers a range of styles, from pure industrial metal to heavy, straightforward breaks, all delivered melodically and profoundly.
